Shipping Policy

At Integral Armory, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders quickly,
securely, and in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. This
Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, requirements, and restrictions regarding the
shipment of firearms, ammunition, and accessories purchased through
www.integralarmory.com (the “Site”).
1. General Shipping Guidelines
ï‚· All orders are processed during normal business hours, excluding weekends and
holidays.
ï‚· Most in-stock items are processed within 2 business days of cleared payment.
ï‚· You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
ï‚· We currently ship only within the United States and in compliance with federal,
state, and local restrictions.
2. Firearms — FFL Transfer Requirement
ï‚· All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Firearms
cannot be shipped directly to the customer’s residence (except for certain black
powder/muzzleloader firearms where allowed by law).
ï‚· At checkout, customers must provide the FFL dealer name, address, and
contact information where the firearm will be shipped.
ï‚· It is the customer’s responsibility to:
o Ensure that the receiving FFL is valid and willing to accept the transfer.
o Pay any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL.
o Comply with all background checks and legal requirements prior to taking
possession.
ï‚· Orders will not ship until we receive a copy of the FFL license from the chosen
dealer.
3. Ammunition Shipping
ï‚· Ammunition is shipped in compliance with state and federal laws.
ï‚· Customers must be at least 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition and
18 years old to purchase rifle/shotgun ammunition.
ï‚· Shipping restrictions: We cannot ship ammunition to jurisdictions where
prohibited by law (e.g., California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New
Jersey, New York, Washington, D.C., and others with restrictions unless specific
compliance steps are met).
ï‚· Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws before placing an order.
4. Accessories & Non-Restricted Items
ï‚· Accessories, optics, magazines, and gear will be shipped directly to the
customer, subject to any state or local restrictions.
ï‚· Certain items (e.g., high-capacity magazines) may not be shipped to restricted
states. Orders to restricted jurisdictions will be canceled and refunded.
5. Shipping Costs
ï‚· Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier, destination, and
package weight.
ï‚· Free or promotional shipping may be offered periodically on qualifying orders, as
advertised.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
ï‚· Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the
carrier.
ï‚· If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to
initiate a claim.
ï‚· We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, natural disasters, or
other events outside our control.
7. Order Cancellations & Refused Shipments
ï‚· Orders canceled prior to shipping may be subject to a restocking fee.
ï‚· If an order is refused by the receiving FFL or returned due to customer ineligibility
or non-compliance with laws, the customer will be responsible for all shipping
charges, transfer fees, and a restocking fee of 25%.
8. Compliance Statement
By placing an order with Integral Armory, you affirm that you:
ï‚· Are legally eligible to purchase and possess the items in your order.
ï‚· Understand and will comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding
firearms, ammunition, and accessories.
ï‚· Will not request shipment of any restricted items to jurisdictions where they are
prohibited.
